The Getwell Hospital project involved providing comprehensive hospital cleaning and facility management services. Getwell Hospital is a leading healthcare facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. With an average of 100 patients visiting daily, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and infection-free environment was critical to minimise the risk of nosocomial infections.
Our responsibilities included building maintenance, linen management, biomedical waste management, pest control, infection control procedures, and overall facility upkeep. Along with maintaining hygiene standards, we also ensured patient safety, infrastructure protection, and an aesthetically pleasing hospital environment.
Project Overview
Getwell Hospital was founded by a group of dedicated and self-made professionals with a strong commitment to patient comfort and safety. The hospital is managed by a board of highly skilled doctors who excel in their respective medical specialities and consistently strive to provide outstanding healthcare services.
The facility includes critical departments such as ICU, Operation Theatres, NICU/PICU, Endoscopy Suite, Casualty, Wards, OPD Block, Pathology, Radiology, Therapeutic Kitchen, Pharmacy, Parking facilities, and Generator Back-up. Due to the high patient footfall and complex operations, the hospital faced several cleanliness and infection control challenges.
DFG Services addressed these challenges through deep cleaning initiatives, targeted infection control measures, customised cleaning plans, regular inspections, and specialised staff training programs. Our proactive approach helped create a safer and more hygienic healthcare environment.
