The DFG Group will treat all information regarding you as confidential. DFG will not in the ordinary course disclose any information that it holds about you except in the following circumstances:

• Where DFG is compelled to do so under Indian law.

• Where it is in the interest of DFG to do so.
• Where it is in the public interest to do so.
• Where DFG needs to disclose information to financial institutions or third parties to facilitate services.

You may not use, export or re-export the Information or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export laws and regulations in force from time to time.

Our vendor / partner for the Visitor Management System is ISO 27001:2013 compliant, ensuring adherence to recognized information security standards.

SMS Clause

DFG sends SMS communications that are transactional and informative in nature. These messages relate to operational updates, essential service breakdowns within the society, monthly charges, festivities and programme information.

DFG will never send promotional messages of third parties to its clients and will strictly adhere to Government and Telecom regulations. Third-party software may be used to transmit such information; however, DFG maintains strict confidentiality and does not share client or resident contact or personal information with any third party.
