The DFG Group will treat all information regarding you as confidential. DFG will not in the ordinary course disclose any information that it holds about you except in the following circumstances:

1. whereDFG is compelled to do so under the Indian law;

2. where you have provided your prior written authorization to do so;

3. where it is in the interest of DFG to do so; or

4. where it is in the public interest to do so.

5. whereDFG needs to disclose information to other financial institutions. DFG may be required to disclose information about you to third parties to facilitate the provision of services to you. You may not use or export or re-export the Information or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export laws and regulations in force from time to time.

SMS Clause

FG, sends out regularly SMS which are transactional and informative in nature. These mainly cater to the working / breakdown of essential commodities within the Society. The monthly charges / Festivities / Programme information is also passed through these SMS. DFG would never send out Promotional message of a third party to its clients. It will adhere to the Govt / Telecom norms. DFG uses third party software to pass the information to its clients / Residents. DFG strictly follows the confidentiality clause of not sharing contact or personal information of its clients / Residents to any Third party.
